How to Register:

Please complete the 3-step process below to register for a team. Your registration will not be considered complete until all 3 steps are completed.

STEP 1: Medical Consent Form* → Get Started

STEP 2: Waiver & Liability Release → Get Started

STEP 3: Complete Payment

*The medical release form is necessary if your child travels to a tournament without a parent or guardian. The coverage dates should be November 12, 2019-June 30, 2020.
